铅影响胚胎发育机理的实验研究

摘  要:采用光镜、电镜、酶组织化学定性定量分析及原子吸收分光光度计等多种方法,系统地研究了孕鼠血铅浓度与胚胎毒性、母体代谢以及孕鼠脑垂体——卵巢——胎盘轴器官损害程度之间的关系。结果表明:当血铅浓度达亚中毒水平时(487.7μg/L±161.5μg/L),即表现明显胚胎毒性;同时孕鼠的卵巢、胎盘及全身代谢亦受到明显损害。这说明铅的胚胎毒性作用是通过影响母体代谢、卵巢内分泌功能、胎盘的生理功能以及对胚胎的直接毒性等综合作用的结果。The effects of lead on embryonic development, maternal metablism and pituitary-overy-placenta axis of pregnant rat were studied by Light microscope, electron microscope, histo chemistry/of enzyme and atomic obsorption spectrophotometry. The toxic effects of lead on embryo were obvious when the average level of blood lead reached. At this level, the overies, the placentas of pregnant rats and maternal metablism were also damaged. It is concluded that the embryonic toxin of lead is the result that many factors affect comprehensively.
