摘  要:通过正交实验,确定镶铸截齿的材质成分和性能相互影响规律,特别是冲击性能和硬度的关系,获得具有较佳综合性能的成分配方。采用镶铸工艺,使硬质合金与截齿体之间产生熔合层,解决了硬质合金与截齿体之间的结合问题。该方法简化了采煤机截齿制造工艺,降低成本,并显著提高了使用寿命。The relationship between structure and properties, especially compact toughness and hardness, of cutting picks is investigated through experiment in this paper. By means of cast-in process, a fusion layer is formed between the hard metal and the matrix. Therefore, the problem existing in the combination of hard metal and matrix is solved. The results show that the making process of cutting picks is predigested, the cost is reduced and using-life is improved distinctively through the cast-in process.
