摘 要:应用 ANSYS分析了受预紧作用的两层套扁挤压筒内孔变形规律 ,得到内孔变形的分段多项式插值函数。提出变过盈量的概念和方程 ,并对变过盈量的施加、检验的条件进行了说明 ,以达到改善内孔变形不均匀分布 ,保证预紧力和提高模具强度的目标 ,并进行了数值模拟 ,结果表明了变过盈量的可行性 ,为扁挤压筒修模、装配和结构优化提供了依据。Based on ANSYS finite element software, the deformation regularity of inner hole for prestressed two-layer flat container was analyzed, and polynomial interpolating functions were obtained in a sectional way. Furthermore, the concepts and corresponding functions of changeable shrink-fitting range were presented the first time, and the conditions of applying and verifying changeable shrink-fitting range were explained. The purpose was to improve uneven deformation distribution of the inner hole, to ensure the prestress and to increase the die strength. The numerical simulation results show that the feasibility of changeable shrink-fitting range, which gives supports to die repair, design of shrink-fitting and structural optimization.
