摘　　要：水力分级是石英砂生产中控制粒度和成分的有效手段,对给料的稳定性要求较高。本文介绍了新研制的、效果良好的、稳定性和可靠性高的FJZK型自控系统。Hydraulic classification is a effective way of controlling grain size and compon ent in production of quartzy grain. Hydraulic classification has high requiremen t to stability of feed. It is necessary to control automatically to guarantee th e service effect. FJZK auto-control system, which we developed, achieved good r e sults and has the characteristics of higher in stability and reliability.
