摘　　要：对大白鼠分别腹腔注射猪用生长激素 (PST)和PST脂质体 ,第 7、14、2 8d称重 ,试验组与对照组之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,表明PST和PST脂质体对大白鼠具有促生长活性 ;同时显示 ,PST脂质体具有显著的缓释作用 ,缓释期可达 7d以上。The activity of enhancing growth of PST liposommes on rat was discussed in this experiment. The outcome of PST liposomes activity of enhancing growth on rat manifested that PST and PST liposomes promoted growth of rats. The difference between treatment groups and controlled group was obvious, and PST liposmes had the great sustained-release effect, which lasted more than seven days.
