摘　　要：人力资源管理的紧迫性,要求企业能为人力资料的管理提供量化的数据和指标,会计管理正可以提供这种量化的信息。所以,为了更好地进行人力资源的管理,应该对企业的人力资源进行会计上的核算和管理。旅游饭店的劳动密集性的特点,使得对旅游饭店人力资源进行会计核算和管理就更加迫切和必要。为此,应该明确旅游饭店人力资源会计核算和管理方面的相关问题,并为人力资源的核算和管理制定相关的制度,以此为人力资源的管理提供数据和指标。The urgency of the management of human resources demands that enterprises can provide quantitative data and index for it. And this can be fulfilled by accounting management. So, it is necessary for the enterprise to set up the system of human resource accounting management. The laborintensive feature of tourist hotels renders great urgency and necessity for them to do so. Therefore, the relevant problems should be clarified, and the relevant systems should be set up so as to provide data and index for the human resource management.
