摘　　要：新疆对宗教事务管理工作一直很重视,自1994年就颁布《新疆维吾尔自治区宗教事务管理条例》,这比国务院颁布的《宗教事务条例》要早11年。改革开放以来,关于宗教事务管理方面的研究成果也很丰富。本文将从宗教事务管理内涵及模式、加强和创新新疆宗教事务管理途径、对新疆不同地区宗教事务管理的实证研究以及宗教立法研究等方面进行综述,并提出现阶段加强和创新新疆宗教事务管理需要深入研究的一系列问题。Xinjiang has always paid great attention to religious affairs management,and promulgated Regulations of Religious Affairs Management in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.This very law was 11 years early than the Regulations of Religious Affairs promulgated by the state council.Since reform and opening up,there are also great achievements in this very field.The article has conducted a comprehensive review of connotation and modes of religious affairs management,means to strengthen and innovate religious affairs management in Xinjiang,empirical study of religious affairs management in different area in Xinjiang,and the study of legislation concerning religions.Based on these,the article puts forward a series of problems deserving profound study so as to strengthen and innovate religious affairs management in Xinjiang.
