采气井口气密封检测研究

摘　　要：采气井口是油气田开发的关键设备 ,现对其进行气密封性能检测 ,检验和控制质量 ,直接关系到安全环保和油气田资源保护。对采气井口水压密封检测和气密封性能检测进行总结 ,并结合超高压气密封检测装置研制情况 ,重点对如何建立高压气密封检测装置 ,如何进行水压密封检测和高压气密检测 。The gas production wellhead equipment is the key equipment of oil and natural gas field development. It is a direct bearing on the safety & environmental protection and protection for resource of oil and natural gas field to test the performance of the gas seal, to inspect and control its quality. This paper summarized the hydrostatic pressure seal test and gas seal pressure test to the wellhead, the paper focused on the discussion of the issues, such as how to set up high-pressure gas test device, how to perform hydrostatic test and high-pressure gas test and how to improve gas sealing performance of high-pressure wellborn equipment in combination with the situation of development of super high-pressure gas test devices.
