摘  要:目的探讨复骨健步冲剂对兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死成骨细胞、破骨细胞的作用及其机理。方法采用肌注醋酸强的松龙的方法复制激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型 ,光镜下观察股骨头病理改变及计数成骨细胞和破骨细胞。结果复骨健步冲剂组的成骨细胞计数高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,破骨细胞计数低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,病理学改变与激素组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论复骨健步冲剂能够增加成骨细胞数量以及降低破骨细胞数量 ,有显著的促进骨修复的作用。Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of Fugu Jianbu Granule(FJG) on the process of bone regeneration among rats with ischernic necrosis of femoral head induced by steroid using.Methods The model of ischemic necrosis in femoral head was prepared by prednisolone acetate injection given intramuscularly among rabbits. Then, the histopathological changes of femoral head and the numbers of osteoblast and osteoclast in the diseased bones were observed under light microscope and compared between the two groups with or without FJG treating. Results The number of osteoblast was significanthy higher in the group with FJG treating than that without FJG given,while the number of osteoclast was significantly lower in the treating group than that in the controlling group,with a wery significant difference in the histopathological changes of femoral head between them.Conclusions FJG is capable of increasing the number of osteoblast and decreasing the number of osteoclase in the femoral head with ischemic necrosis.Then, the regeneration process of necorsed bone should be promoted in this way.
