痹肿消汤对类风湿性关节炎患者血清白细胞介素-1β的影响

摘　　要：目的观察痹肿消汤 (BZXD)对类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者血清白细胞介素 —1 β(IL—1 β)含量的影响 ,从细胞因子角度探讨该方药的临床疗效作用机制。方法选择RA活动期患者 60例 ,随机分为BZXD治疗组和西药 (MTX和普威 )治疗对照组 ;2 0名健康人为正常对照组。于治疗前和治疗 3个月后分别检测血清IL—1 β含量。结果治疗前RA患者血清IL—1 β含量较正常人对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;治疗 3个月后 ,两治疗组血清IL—1 β含量下降 ,均接近于正常 ,两组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论RA患者体内存在较高浓度的IL—1 β;痹肿消汤能降低血清IL—1 β含量 ,有助于机体恢复免疫稳定状态 ,具有类似MTX与非甾体药之联合用药的免疫抑制效应。Objective To observe the effects of Bizhongxiao Decoction(BZXD) on the interleukin-1β(IL-1β) level in the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for exploring the therapeutic mechanism of BZXD at the level of cytokines. Methods 60 cases with RA at the active stage were randomly divided into two groups,with the treating group(TG) treated by BZXD and the controlling one(CG) treated by common chemical drugs(MTX).Furthermore, 20 healthy people were selected taken as healthy controls.Then, the serum levels of IL-1β were determined before and 3 months after the therapy respectively. Results All the patients had an elevated level of IL-1β in the serum before treatment, when compared with that of healthy controls(P<0.01).3 months affer the end of therapy,the IL-1β level was all decreased nearly getting to that of healthy people with no significant difference between them(P>0.05). Conclusions The serum level of IL-1β is significantly elevated among the patrents with RA and BZXD can decline this kind of increased IL-1β level to bring the immunity to a stable status for these cases.This kind of therapeutic effects is basically similar to that of MTX with a suppression effect on the immnic reaction.
