摘 要:对结垢诱导期的确定方法进行了改进,并以硫酸钙为工质,通过测量壁面温度、主流温度以及传热量,计算出结垢过程中的传热系数,根据传热系数的变化测出了本实验条件下硫酸钙的结垢诱导期,研究了汽液固三相流条件下硫酸钙的结垢过程.结果表明:固体颗粒的加入可以大大延长硫酸钙溶液的结垢诱导期,起到防垢和强化传热的作用.The decided way of fouling induction period have been improved. And surface temperature, bulk temperature and heat flux were measured in this experiment of CaSO4. The fouling induction period was measured on the base of variation of heat transfer coefficient with time. And the fouling of CaSO4 have been studied in the Vapor-Liquid-Solid Three-Phase Flow. The results show that the fouling induction period can be prolonged for adding particles, and solid particle can prevent fouling and enhance heat transfer.
