摘 要:从辽河油田石油污染的土壤中筛选出一株高效降解氯苯的细菌,命名为WCB,通过对此菌株的好氧生物降解研究表明,当氯苯的质量浓度为50mg/L时,在温度为30℃,pH=7的条件下,24h内去除率达到93.2%。通过对菌落形态的染色观察及有关生理生化反应,初步鉴定该菌株为链球菌属(Streptococcus)。A strain of high-efficiency cholrobenzene-degrading bacteria was screened out from the petroleum-contaminated soil in Liaohe Oil Field and was named WCB. A study of this strain on its aerobic biological degradating performance showed that when the content of cholrobenzene was 50 mg/L, the temperature was 30℃ and pH=7, the removal rate within 24 hours reached 93.2%. The said strain was preliminarily identified as belonging to Streptococcus through dye observation of the morphology of the bacterial colony as well as relevant physiological and biochemical reactions.
