单结a-Si太阳电池稳定性的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了单结非晶硅太阳电池稳定性研究结果,对S-W效应在总衰退中所占的比重进行了分析,结合工艺提出了几项与改善电池稳定性有关的措施,最后对a-Si材料和电池稳定性的前景作了讨论。Some research results on the stability of single junction a-Si solar cells are described, and an analysis on S-W effect contributing to degradation of a-Si solar cell is given. In relation with the process some suggestions for improving the stability of solar cell are presented. Finally the perspective of stability of a-Si material and a-Si solar cell is discussed.
