摘　　要：目的　探讨医源性输尿管损伤手术治疗的最佳时机和治疗方案。方法　对 36例医源性输尿管损伤病例进行回顾性研究分析 ,早期手术治疗 2 1例 ,延期手术 17例。结果　早期手术治疗组疗效满意 ,延期手术组并发症 2例。结论　选择合适病例 ,制定合理的手术方案 ,严格遵守正确的手术原则 ,有效的术后处理使医源性输尿管损伤早期修复更为安全、有效 ,是一种有价值的方法。Objective:To explore the optimal operation time and management of iatrogenic ureteric injuries.Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 36 cases of iatrogenic ureteric injuries. Early repair operations were performed on 21 cases, and delayed operations on 17 cases.Results: Satisfactory results were observed in early repair group, complications developed in 2 cases delayed operation.Conclusions: If poutor can choose proper patients, formulate correct strategy,follow right operation principle and effective aftertreatrnent, the recommendation for early repair would be safe and effective, with the choice of proper patients, which has great value for the treatment of istrogenic ureteric injuries.
