血液透析滤过联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症血液透析患者不安腿综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血液透析滤过联合血液灌流(HDF+HP)对尿毒症血液透析患者不安腿综合征(RLS)的治疗效果。方法:对尿毒症维持性血液透析不安腿综合征患者35例采用HDF+HP治疗,每周2次常规血液透析(CHD),每周1次HDF+HP,连续治疗3个月,观察相关实验室指标(甲状旁腺激素iPTH,β2微球蛋白β2-MG)及症状缓解情况(RLS评分变化)。结果:3个月后按照国际RLS研究小组诊断标准,18例症状完全缓解,12例症状部分缓解,5例症状偶尔发作,所有患者经治疗均能缓解,实验室指标iPTH、β2-MG均不同程度下降。结论:HDF+HP治疗尿毒症血液透析患者不安腿综合征疗效显著。Objective:To observe the treatment effect of hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion(HDF+HP)in the treatment of restless legs syndrome in the patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods:35 cases of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis restless legs syndrome used HDF+HP treatment,with conventional hemodialysis(CHD)2 times a week and hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion(HDF+HP)1 time a week。Continuous treatment for 3 months,and observe the relevant laboratory indexes(parathyroid hormone iPTH,beta 2 microglobulin β2-MG)and the symptom relief situation(RLS score).Results:According to diagnostic criteria of international RLS study group after 3 months,18 cases of symptoms was completely remission,12 cases of symptoms was partial remission,5 cases of symptoms occasional attacked.All patients could remission after treatment.iPTH and β2-MG of laboratory indicators were decreased with varying degrees. Conclusion:The curative effect of HDF+HP in the treatment of restless legs syndrome in uremia patients with hemodialysis is significantly.
