盐酸曲美他嗪在扩张型心肌病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨万爽力在扩张型心肌病患者中的应用研究。方法:2013年5月-2014年5月收治扩张型心肌病患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予万爽力。结果:两组扩张型心肌病患者经过8周的药物治疗后,观察组的总有效率(90.9%)明显高于对照的总有效率(56.8%)。观察组的左心室舒张末期容积的水平明显低于对照组的左心室舒张末期容积的水平;观察组的左心室射血分数与对照组的左心室射血分数相近。对两组扩张型心肌病患者治疗结束后进行定期随访,观察组的急性左心衰竭发作3例,明显少于对照组的急性左心衰竭发作9例。结论:本研究联合分析超声心脏形态学指标、总有效率和定期随访情况,证实曲美他嗪能有效改善扩张型心肌病患者的左心功能,降低心肌病患者病死率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective: To investigate the application of trimetazidine in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:88 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group were given trimetazidine based on the control group.Results:Two groups of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy after 8 weeks drugs treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group(90.9%) was higher than that of the control(56.8%).The left ventricular end diastolic volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was similar to that of the control group.We regular follow-up for the end of treatment of two groups of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,the observation group of patients with acute left heart failure episodes in 3 patients,significantly lower than the control group of 9 cases of patients with acute left heart failure exacerbation.Conclusion:In this study,we combined with analysis of ultrasonic cardiac morphological index,total efficiency and regular follow-up.Confirmed Qu Mei trimetazidine can improve left ventricular function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,reduce the mortality rate of patients with cardiomyopathy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
