摘　　要：目的:探讨宫内节育器下移的原因。方法:2010年4月-2013年9月收治宫内节育器移位患者80例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:发生宫内节育器移位的原因除与IUD本身因素、子宫位置、节育器的类型、放置的时间、子宫肌瘤等因素有关外,与操作者的技术有很大的关系。结论:医务工作者要以节育手术常规为依据,熟练掌握各类适应证及禁忌证,适时、正确地为需要的育龄妇女放置宫内节育器。同时,要加强术后随访服务,早发现、早处理位置异常的IUD,努力减少意外怀孕或并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the reason of IUD down.Methods:80 patients with intrauterine device translocation were selected from April 2010 to September 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The reasons were related to the factors of IUD itself,uterine position,type of IUD,placing time,uterine fibroids and other factors,moreover.It had a great relationship with the technology of operator.Conclusion:Medical workers must master all kinds of indications and contraindications according to conventional birth control operation,and timely,correctly insert IUD for the needs of women of childbearing age.At the same time,we must strengthen the follow-up service,give early detection and early treatment for abnormal location of IUD,and we should try to reduce the occurrence of accidental pregnancy or complications.
