摘　　要：目的:探究宫颈炎症患者射频治疗后应用护理干预的临床效果。方法:2013年7月-2014年7月收治宫颈炎症患者95例,随机分为研究组48例和对照组47例。所有患者均采用射频治疗后,对照组予常规护理,研究组予护理干预,分析两组患者的负面情绪及不良反应。结果:研究组负面情绪的改善情况优于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够有效改善宫颈炎症患者射频治疗后的负面情绪,降低并发症的发生率,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with cervical inflammation after radiofrequency treatment.Methods:95 cases of patients with cervical inflammation from July 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into the research group(48 cases) and the control group(47 cases).All of the patients adopted radiofrequency treatment. The control group were given the routine nursing care,and the research group were given the nursing intervention.We analyzed the negative emotions and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The improvement of negative emotions in the research was better than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the negative emotion of patients with cervical inflammation treated with radiofrequency treatment effectively and reduce the incidence of complications,with clinical popularization value.
