摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭为大多数心血管疾病的最终结局,当发生右心衰竭时常有下肢水肿出现。水肿亦为甲状腺功能减退的临床症状之一。两者有许多相似之处,慢性心力衰竭与甲状腺功能减退常相互影响。本文就慢性心力衰竭合并甲状腺功能减退症的治疗做一简单阐述,以期望对临床工作有所帮助。Chronic heart failure is the most of the final outcome of cardiovascular disease.When right heart failure,the lower limb edema happened.Edema is one of the clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism.Both having many similar, chronic heart failure and hypothyroidism often influence each other.In this paper,we do a simple set about the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with thyroid function hypothyroidism,in order to help the clinical work.
