社区老年糖尿病并低血糖的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:总结社区内引起老年糖尿病患者合并低血糖的因素。方法:整理分析社区内老年糖尿病合并低血糖患者37例的临床资料,总结导致该情况发生的主要因素。结果:过量使用降糖药物而引起低血糖发生的患者最多,其他因素还包括进食不及时或不足、运动过量等,各因素间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对低血糖发生的时间进行比较,进食前空腹诱发最多,其次是运动后产生的低血糖,晚睡导致的最少,各因素间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖的情况较为普遍,大多与患者不良生活习惯有关,因此社区要做好患者相关指导与教育工作,帮助患者养成良好的生活习惯,减少低血糖发生的概率。Objective:To summarize the inducing factors of elderly patients with diabetes merged hypoglycemia in community. Methods:The clinical data of 37 cases of elderly patients with diabetes merged hypoglycemia in community were analyzed and the main factors that lead to this situation were summarized.Results:The patients with hypoglycemia caused by the excessive use of hypoglycemic drugs were the most and the other factors including eating less or insufficient,excessive movement and etc,and there were statistical significant differences between various factors(P<0.05).The occurring time of hypoglycemia compared,the most inducing factor was empty stomach before eating,followed by hypoglycemia after exercise,and the minimum factor was stay up to late,and there were statistical significant differences between various factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hypoglycemia was relatively common in elderly patients with diabetes in community,which was mostly related to patients'' bad living habits,so the community should give the patients related guidance and education and help they develop good habits in order to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
