护理干预及早期观察应用于手足口病重症患儿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期观察及综合护理对重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿的影响。方法:2013年4月-2014年4月收治重症HFMD患儿78例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组39例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组接受密切的病情观察及综合护理,对比两组患儿临床症状改善时间及临床疗效。结果:干预组皮疹消退时间及热退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。干预组总有效率97.44%,明显高于对照组82.05%(P<0.05)。结论:早期密切病情观察配合综合护理可有效提高患儿临床疗效,促进患儿康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of early observation and comprehensive nursing on children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:78 cases of children with severe HFMD from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 39 cases in each group.The children of the control group accepted routine nursing care,and the intervention group received close observation and comprehensive nursing.The improved time of clinical symptoms and curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results:The fades time and thermal annealing time of the intervention group were obviously shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the intervention group(97.44%) was obviously higher than that of the control group 82.05%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Close early observation combined with comprehensive nursing could improve the curative effect effectively and promote the rehabilitation of sick children.
