摘　　要：目的:探讨矽肺合并肺结核的临床护理对策。方法:2012年9月-2014年4月收治矽肺合并肺结核患者39例,并整理护理资料。结果:通过医护人员精心治疗与护理,35例患者治愈出院,转院3例,死亡1例。结论:对于长期从事矽尘的工作人员,应定期体检,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing countermeasures of silicosis combined with tuberculosis.Methods:39 silicosis patients with tuberculosis were selected from September 2012 to April 2014.The nursing data were cleared up.Results:Through careful treatment and nursing of medical staff,35 patients were cured and discharged;3 cases were transferred;1 case was death.Conclusion:For a long time engaged in silica dust staff,they should do regular physical examination,in order to accomplish early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment.
