等离子低温射频消融髓核腰椎间盘成形术的手术护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨等离子低温射频消融髓核腰椎间盘成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症过程中的正确护理干预措施。方法:对照组给予临床常规手术治疗;研究组在常规围术期护理基础上加入护理干预措施。记录并分析两组患者护理前后心理焦虑及心理抑郁变化情况、满意度、术后住院时间。结果:两组腰椎间盘突出症患者经不同手术护理后SDS、SAS量表评分情况均较护理前有所改善,但研究组改善效果更为理想;研究组对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组,而其术后住院时间则显著少于对照组,对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者给予等离子低温射频消融髓核腰椎间盘成形术治疗过程中提供常规护理与护理干预相结合的综合性护理措施,可显著提高患者预后效果,改善其负面情绪,利于维持良好的护患关系,使其尽快恢复健康。Objective:To investigate the correct nursing intervention measures in the process of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nucleus pulposus of lumbar disc arthroplasty in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods:The control group were given routine clinical operation treatment;the study group were given nursing intervention measures on the basis of the conventional perioperative nursing.We recorded and analyzed the changes of psychological anxiety and psychological depression,che postoperative hospitalization time,satisfaction of the two groups patients before and after the nursing.Results:Two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation by different nursing after operation,the SDS,SAS scale score were more improved than before the nursing care,but the study group improved effect is more ideal;the study group patients satisfaction with nursing work was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative hospital stay time was significantly less than that of the control group,the comparison results with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with lumbar disc herniation,we provide routine nursing and nursing intervention combined comprehensive nursing measures in the course of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nucleus pulposus of lumbar disc arthroplasty treatment.It can significantly improve the prognosis effect of patients,and improve the negative mood,to maintain a good relationship between nurse and patient restore health as soon as possible.
