摘　　要：近年来,随着社会经济和人们生活水平的不断提高,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的发病率明显上升,严重威胁患者身心健康和生命安全。OSAS和肺动脉高压之间具有一定的必然关联,为研究二者之间的关系,本文从OSAS对肺动脉高压的影响和二者之间发病率情况进行深入地研究分析,希望为临床治疗OSAS及预防肺动脉高压提供一定的借鉴和参考。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of social economy and people's living standard,the morbidity of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) is significantly increased,OSAS seriously threaten physical and mental health and life safety of patients.There has a certain inevitable association between sleep apnea and pulmonary hypertension.For researching the relationship between the two,this article has the in-depth analysis and research from the influence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome on pulmonary circulation and the morbidity between them,and it hopes to provide certain reference for the clinical treatment of OSAS and the prevention of pulmonary hypertension.
