剖宫产术后切口妊娠56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后切口妊娠的诊断及治疗方式,为今后临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法:收治剖宫产术后切口妊娠患者56例,根据其临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:进行保守治疗43例,43例患者中血β-HCG水平下降32例,经保守治疗无效给予手术治疗9例,被误诊为早孕的患者给予手术治疗4例,手术治疗的效果明显优于保守治疗的效果,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:剖宫产患者再次妊娠的时候要定期进行检查,一旦确诊为子宫切口妊娠,应及时给予手术治疗或药物治疗,但手术治疗的效果比较好,值得在临床实践中广泛地应用和推广。Objective:To discuss cesarean incision pregnancy diagnosis and treatment,to provide reference for future clinical treatment.Methods:56 patients with incision pregnancy were selected,according to the clinical data.They were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,discussing cesarean incision pregnancy diagnosis and treatment.Results:Conservative treatment of 43 cases,43 cases of patients with serum β-HCG levels decreased in 32 cases,after conservative treatment was invalid then given surgical treatment of 9 cases,misdiagnosed as early pregnancy patients received surgical treatment in 4 cases,surgery treatment effect was significantly higher than that of conservative treatment,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When patients with cesarean section pregnancy should regularly check,once diagnosed with uterine incision pregnancy,should be timely operation therapy or drug therapy,but the operation treatment result is good,it is worth of application and promotion widely in clinical practice.
