摘　　要：目的:探讨亚甲蓝治疗小儿马桑果中毒的临床效果。方法:2011年4月-2014年4月收治小儿马桑果中毒患儿35例,所有患儿均予以亚甲蓝治疗,分析患儿的治疗效果。结果:所有患者均在注射1次亚甲蓝之后临床症状得到显著改善,经治疗均痊愈出院。随访1~3个月,所有患儿健康状态均良好,未出现后遗症。结论:利用亚甲蓝治疗小儿马桑果中毒可以快速改善患儿的临床症状,效果确切。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Methylene blue in treating infantile Ma mulberry poisoning.Methods:35 patients with infantile Ma mulberry poisoning were selected from April 2011 to April 2014.All patients were to be the methylene blue treatment.We analyze treatment effects.Results:All the patients were after a single injection of methylene blue,and the clinical symptoms improved significantly,after treatment were cured.Followed up for 1~3 months,all patients were in good health condition,without sequelae.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Methylene blue in treating infantile Ma mulberry poisoning is outstanding.
