心悸宁丸治疗频发房性早搏的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨心悸宁丸对频发房性早搏的临床疗效。方法:收治频发房性早搏患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,治疗组口服心悸宁丸,疗程12周,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:与治疗前相比,两组临床疗效均有明显改善(P<0.05),而且治疗后两组间比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心悸宁丸能显著改善频发房性早搏患者临床症状。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xin Ji Ning pill in the treatment of frequent atrial premature beats.Methods:80 patients with frequent atrial premature beats were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group were given metoprolol.The treatment group were given Xin Ji Ning pill.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xin Ji Ning pill can markedly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with frequent atrial premature beats.
