摘　　要：社会转型论是在 2 0世纪 80年代末 ,对有中国特色社会学理论进行探索的另一项理论成果。这一研究形成了关于中国社会正处在由传统型社会向现代型社会转型过程的基本判断 ,构成了新型现代化理论的基础。根据对当代中国社会转型加速期特点的分析 ,提出了“社会转型度”和“社会转型势”两个基本概念。The theory of social type transformation is another theoretic achievement resulting from the study of sociological theories with Chinese characters. The theory makes a basic judge on the social type transformation process of present Chinese society from traditional type to modern type, and becomes the foundation for the formation of new modernization type theory. On the basis of the analysis of characteristics of social type transformation during its speedup time in contemporary China, two basic concepts are proposed: “degree of social type transformation” and “trend of social type transformation”.
