带式输送机滚筒中胀套的设计与应用

摘　　要：带式输送机是煤矿系统中主要物料输送设备 ,在带式输送机的部件滚筒中 ,滚筒轴和筒体轮毂一般采用平键联接 ,但对于长距离、大带宽、大运量、高速运行的带式输送机 ,这种结构的滚筒已不能满足要求。介绍带式输送机滚筒中胀套联接的设计 ,并进行相应的参数计算 ,给出了应用实例。Belt conveyors are the main material transport equipments in coal mine system.In the parts pulley of the belt conveyor,in the connection of pulley shaft with pulley hub,the even key commonly is used.But for the belt conveyor with long distance,big belt width,big carrying capacity,high speed running,this kind of construction of pulley can't already satisfy requestion.This text will introduce the design of the contection of locking assemblies in the pulley of belt conveyor,proceed the corresponding parameter compute,and give out the applied example.
