摘　　要：以多个从动轮齿轮泵的模数、主动轮及从动齿轮的齿数、齿轮的齿宽为设计变量 ,以齿轮的消耗材料最少为目标函数 ,考虑了齿轮的强度条件、几何尺寸条件、齿轮的排量条件、流量脉动条件及影响这些约束条件的种种模糊因素 ,建立了齿轮泵进行模糊优化的数学模型。结合实例 ,应用MATLAB对模型进行求解 ,收到了满意的效果。In this paper,the mathematical model of fuzzy optimization design of gear pump is introduced.In the model,the module of multi-driven gear,the gear number of both the driver,and the driven gear and the width of tooth are designed variables,the minimum of consumed material of gear is objective function.In addition,some conditions such as the strength of gear,the size,the volume flow and flow pulse of gear as well as all kinds of fuzzy factors which these restraint conditions are considered.In combination of example,we solve the model by means of MATLAB,and obtain satisfactory effects.
