摘　　要：为解决带式输送机用钢绳疲劳断丝和不耐磨的问题 ,分析钢绳使用受力状态 ,研究钢绳 (钢丝 )疲劳机理 ,对钢丝采取强韧化工艺措施 ,优选钢绳最佳结构和生产工艺 ,有效地提高了钢丝的使用性能和钢绳的使用寿命。To overcome to wires in a rope for belt conveyer be easy to fatigue fracture and abrasion, we analyse bearing force condition of wire rope in use, research mechanism of wires fatigue fracture, take increasing toughness measure, select the best construct of rope and productive technology. Therefore we have effectively improved property of wire and increased life of rope.
