摘 要:近年来,径向充磁的联轴器在工程中得到了广泛应用,但其加工和安装成本相对较高。若将永磁体加工成已加工的立方体磁块,在安装结构上更容易实现。由于混合磁化联轴器具有更好的传动特性:当径向磁化磁体体积等于切向磁化磁体体积时,具有最大传动扭矩,几乎是单一磁化型的2倍。所以可通过Maxwell对径向、切向混合充磁的永磁联轴器进行仿真计算,并对计算结果进行分析,找到这种磁力联轴器最佳结构:当Rmax=45 mm和内、外永磁体间隙为2 mm固定的条件下,磁极对数m=8,外磁体为37.2 mm×20 mm,内磁体为21.26 mm×16 mm,最大传递转矩可达251.5 N·m。In recent years,radially magnetized couplings have been widely used,but the processing and installation costs are relatively high. If the permanent magnet can be processed into a cube,then it's more easily to install. Due to a better transmission performance of the mixed- magnetized permanent magnet coupling( the maximal transmission torque is nearly2 times bigger than a single magnetized coupling,when the diametrically magnetized magnet volumes are equal to that of the tangentially magnetized magnet),in this paper,the mixing magnetized permanent magnet couplings are simulated in Maxwell,and the calculation results are analyzed,to find the best structure of this magnetic coupling: under the condition of Rmax= 45 mm and the gap between external and internal permanent magnet both fixed,the number of pole pairs of magnet m is 8,external magnet is 37. 2 mm × 20 mm,internal magnet is 21. 26 mm × 16 mm,and the maximal transmission torque can measure up to 251. 5 N·m.
