摘　　要：阐述了智能化小区的定义及其内涵,分析了与智能化小区建设相关的生态、环保、节能及可持续发展等因素,指出智能化小区的建设,应遵守“以人为本”原则,明确功能定位与综合考虑设计、施工与使用管理多个环节。The author describes the definition and connotation of intelligent residential district,analyses relative factors such as ecology,environmental protection,energy saving,sustainable development and so on,and points out the construction of intelligent residential district should comply with the pro-human principles,define functions and comprehensively consider the design,construction,use and management.
