摘　　要：海拉瓦全数字化测量系统,是目前世界上一种先进的地理测量技术。海拉瓦系统可以对最新的航空摄影、卫星图片进行全数字化信息处理,形成完整的电子地图沙盘。设计人员在电子沙盘上,精确地测出线路路径走向、选定铁塔位置。运用这一技术,能够提高测绘工作效率,优化路径,使电力线路布局更加科学合理。The Helawa whole digital photogrammetric survey system, is an advanced technology in the world.Through the processing of the aerophotography and the satellitic picture, the Helawa system can output the electronic map.In this map, the designer can optimize the power line route and fix the tower location.With the application of the Helawa system in power transmission line design, we can improve the labouring efficiency and economic benefit.
