摘 要:随着经济全球化和贸易自由化步伐加快,对出入境检验检疫工作在促进地方经济发展、把关国门安全及提高产品质量等方面提出了新要求,特别是航空物流的高度发达,使空港口岸检验检疫传统监管模式与方法受到冲击与挑战。为解决这些矛盾和问题,采用信息化手段设计和研发机场检验检疫综合业务管理系统,提升空港口岸监管有效性和科学性以及通关便利化水平。本文从分析当前四川空港检验检疫工作现状着手,针对空港检验检疫的电子全申报与全监管、自动风险预警、多种申报途径、全数据挖掘等重点难点问题进行了详细阐述。With the development of econom ic globalization and trade freedom , the entry-exit inspection and quarantine has raised new questions about local econom y development, entry-exit safety and quality im provement.Especially, the highly development of aviation transportation gives a great challenge both to traditional adm inistration and method of airport inspection and quarantine. To resolve these conflicts and problem s, inform atization measures were used to design and develop the airport entry-exit inspection and quarantine integrated business management system , forasm uch the efficiency of airport adm inistration and productiveness of custom s clearance were quite high. This paper, based on the analysis of current situation in Sichuan airport, focuses on critical issues for airport inspection and quarantine, including the fully-electronic declaration & supervision, autom atic risk warning, multiple way for declaration and fully data m ining.
