ATRP接枝改性CPO树脂及其在汽车保险杠涂料中的应用

摘　　要：PP塑料由于其表面惰性而难被涂装,使用氯化聚烯烃CPO做附着力促进剂是有效方法之一,但是CPO在相容性、耐久性等方面存在不足,采用ATRP聚合方法对CPO进行接枝改性来改善这些缺陷。聚合反应动力学研究表明,CPO接枝反应具有很好的"活性"自由基聚合的特性,且无均聚副产物PMMA产生;SEC、FT-IR和1HNMR分析结果表明成功得到CPO-g-PMMA接枝改性产物。表面能测试结果表明接枝后CPO极性显著增加,与丙烯酸树脂的相容性增强;CPO-gPMMA做附着力促进树脂配制成保险杠底漆后,漆膜对PP底材和面漆均具有良好的附着力,实现对PP汽车保险杠有效的涂装防护。It is difficult to paint PP plastic due to its inert surface. Using chlorinated polyolefine(CPO) as adhesion promoter is the one of effective methods. However, in term of compatibility, durability and the other shortcomings, CPO limit application was received. In this paper, to improve these defects, ATRP method was used to modify CPO. Polymerization kinetics studies showed that CPO grafting reacting had good 'living' controled free radical polymerization characteristic. The ATRP graft polymerization didn't generated homopolymerization by-product PMMA. The SEC, FT-IR and 1H-NMR analysis result showed that the graft modified product CPO-g-PMMA was successfully obtained. The result of surface test showed that the polarity of CPO was increased and the compatibility with acrylic resin was enhanced after graft modified. With the graft modified product CPO-g-PMMA as adhesion promoter, the vehicle bumper primer has excellent adhesion both on PP substrate and with top-coat, implement of effective coating and protecting on PP bumper.
