摘　　要：本文以节能焊条的研制过程为例,系统的介绍了二次回归正交设计最优化方法在焊条配方设计中的应用及计算机编程原理;并给出了试验结果的计算机输出形式。In this paper, the study proccss of saving energy electrode is used as a example to introduce systematically how to utilze the mathematical method of quadratic regression orthogonal design and optimization to design electrode preseriptions, and how to program regression orthogonal, optimization and drawing. in addition the computer output pattrn of experiment results are given.
