摘　　要：本文论述了工程数据库的特点及其在CAD中的地位和作用,并以电子设备热设计系统为例。This article deals with the characteristics of Engineering Datebase System as well as the status and applications in computer aided design. Introduced in this paper too, is the idea behind the overall design of the datebase and the method used for the realization.
