摘　　要：党的第三代领导集体人权思想不但继承而且丰富和发展了邓小平人权理论,因而表现出其鲜明的个性和特色。党的第三代领导集体人权思想具有前瞻性、开拓性、创新性,推动着中国人权事业胜利前进。Deng Ziaoping' s theory of human rights is not only carried on but also enriched and developed in the human rights thought of the third generation of the CPC collective leadership. Foresight, development and innovation may characterize the human rights thought, which will push forward the development of the human rights cause in China.
