摘　　要：本文采用“线性静动力结构分析程序(SAp-5)”对十三辊变节距钢板矫正机机架的立柱与上横梁的强度与刚度进行了有限元分析,求得了在等效矫正力作用下,立柱与横梁的变形情况及应力分布,为设计高强度钢板矫正机提供了依据。Using the Linear Static-Kinetic Structure Analytical Procedure (SAP-5), we analyse and calculate strength and rigidity of the 13-roll plate straightener with variable roll distance, and obtain the deformation and stress distribution of the housing post and top beam under an equivalent straightening force. It provides the basis for the designing of high-strength straightencr.
