北方民族地区中小城市区域经济发展状况分析——以呼伦贝尔市为例

摘　　要：北方民族地区中小城市区域经济的发展,存在着明显的二元式结构特征,一是城市化水平不断提高,产业结构趋向合理,经济发展环境日益优化,危机感、创新意识明显增强;二是城市功能相对弱化,产业结构对经济的拉动作用不明显,各环境因素发展不平衡,以及创新能力不强。这些产生于发展中的矛盾制约着经济的发展,需要在发展中逐步得到解决,以保证经济的快速健康发展。The development of the middle and small city in the north ethnic region has the structure characteristic of binomial, one is that the citilization level keeps rising, the industrial structure tents to rational, the economy development environment improved, the crisis and creation consciousness has been stronger; the other is that the function of the city goes down relatively, the pull function of the industrial structure to the economy is not obvious, every environment factors develops unbalance, the ability to blaze new trails is limited. All these contradictories condition the development of the economy, and to be settled in the developing, to make the economy develop quickly.
