摘 要:随着人类进入老龄化社会 ,对衰老机制的研究越来越引起人们的重视。许多研究表明 ,运动是延缓机体衰老的有效手段之一。本文通过老年人每天习练太极拳 ,观察太极拳运动对老年人血液粘度的影响。实验选择城镇老年妇女 (55 - 56岁 ) 1 6人 ,随机分为运动组 (1 0人 )和对照组 (6人 )。运动组受试者每天进行太极拳运动 ;对照组正常日常活动 ,不进行有目的的体育锻炼。结果发现 :经过 6个月的太极拳练习 ,受试者全血粘度、全血还原粘度明显下降 ,表明太极拳运动可以改善老年人血液流变性 ,降低血粘度。The researchers paid attention to the mechanism of aging.Exercise training is thought as one of the most effective means putting off the occurrence of aging,and many results have shown that regular moderate training may reduce the blood viscosity in aged subjects.The purpose of this study is 1)to observe the effect of Taijiquan on blood viscosity.Sixteen health women(aged 55-65yr)were assigned to exercise group(n=10) and control group(n=6).The subjects of exercise group practised Taijiquan of 24 style everyday from 6:00-7:00.The experiment lasted 6 months.The control group subjects didn′t take part in any exercise except daily life.It has been shown that there was significant reduce of blood viscosity,which show blood viscosity can be decreased after 6 months′ Taijiquan exercise.
