摘　　要：在企业投资中小型水电站的建设时 ,权益资本的构成十分重要 ,它是决定企业投资回报情况的重要因素 ,同时 ,也对项目的开展顺利与否有一定的影响。以企业的收益损失为研究对象 ,建立权益资本构成的概念模型。研究不同权益资本构成时企业收益损失情况 。Equity capital composition is very important in the construction of small-and-medium-sized hydropower plant financed by enterprises. It is an important factor dominating investment return of enterprises, and it affects the extent of project implementation. Targeted at the benefit-loss of enterprises, conceptual model of equity capital composition is established. Benefit-loss analysis of enterprises at different equity capital composition is carried out, and the stock-control principles for construction of small-and-medium-sized hydropower plant invested by enterprises are also discussed.
