摘　　要：目的对128例在道路交通事故中致伤手部的案例资料进行统计分析,旨在探讨其规律和有关赔偿医学问题。方法运用临床医学、康复医学、法医学理论和技术对伤者手部功能进行评价,评定其伤残。结果 128例伤者的伤残等级分别为Ⅳ级1例,Ⅴ级2例,Ⅵ级5例,Ⅶ级10例,Ⅷ级25例,Ⅸ级35例,Ⅹ级45例;未达到伤残标准者5例。伤后评残时间平均为216天。结论 手部功能评价是伤残评定的基础和重要环节。Objective The data from 128 cases whose hands had been injured in traffic accident were analyzed to find the peculiarity and discuss the compensation medicine. Method the hand function are evaluated by the theory and technology of clinical medicine , forensic medicine and convalesce medicine.Result 128 cases are divided into Ⅵ(1), Ⅴ(2) , Ⅶ(5) ,Ⅶ(10) ,Ⅷ(25), Ⅸ(35), Ⅹ(45) and below the disabled level(5) by the sort of the injured and disabled degree. Conclusion the evaluation of the hand function is the foundation of the e-valuation about the injured and disabled degree.
