摘　　要：介绍生产非定型产品企业的物料需求计划与控制的原则,根据制造业企业的物料整体逻辑流程图,找出影响物料需求计划与控制的各个因素,提出合理实效的需求计划与控制方法并以实例加以说明。The paper introduces the rule of planning and control for material demands that the enterprise produces non-finalizing products. All sorts of factors which affect the planning and control to the material demands are found according to the material flow chart of manufacturing enterprise. A reasonable and efficient method for planning and control of material demands is provided and some examples are ex-plained.
