摘  要:研究了在不使用表面活性剂情况下,卟啉试剂溴化5 [4 (2 吡啶乙氧基)苯基] 10,15,20 三(4 甲氧基苯基)卟啉与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明,pH3~5时,铜(Ⅱ)与卟啉吡啶季铵盐形成了稳定配合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.68×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0 7μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律,配合物其组成的摩尔比为Cu∶卟啉吡啶季铵盐=1∶2,方法应用于环境水样中铜的测定,结果满意。In a slightly acidic solution of pH 3~5, 5-[4-(2-pyridylethoxy)-phenyl]-10,15,20-tris-(4-methoxyphenyl) porphine bromide reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) to form a stable complex having a mole ratio of Cu(Ⅱ)∶R=(1∶2) and molar absorptivity of 2.68×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), without the addition of surfactant. The optimum acidity of the reaction is found to be pH 3.6 and o -phthalate-HCl buffer is used. Beer′s law holds in the range of 0~0.7μg of Cu(Ⅱ) per 10ml of solution. The absorption maxima lies at the wavelength of 415.5nm. By addition of HCl(1+1) to the colored solution, the absorption maxima of the reagent is shifted to 449.3nm, thus making the Δ λ increased to 33.8nm. RSD′s obtained in its application to the analysis of water samples are less than 3.5%.
