摘  要:根据2×2联列表,应用方差分析、Χ2-检验、Ochiai指数、Dice指数和Jaccard指数,研究了重庆市涪陵磨盘沟桫椤(Alsophilaspinulosa)群落中19个主要种群间的联结性。并以半矩阵和星座图形式表达测度结果:除少数种对外,多数种群间的联结性不显著;桫椤-石生楼梯草(Elatostemampertre)、羊耳菊(Inulacappa)-乌蕨(Enomerischinen sis)、新月蕨(Abacopterisaspera)-石生楼梯草、艳山姜(Alpiniazerumbet)-石生楼梯草种对间有较高的正联结;桫椤-芒萁(Dicranopterisdichotoma)、桫椤-华里白(Hicripterischinensis)、紫马唐(Digitariaviolasens)-茅叶荩草(Arthraxonprionodes)种对间表现出极显著的负联结。这说明由于群落尚处在恢复初期,且人为干扰较大,因而,群落结构发育不完善,种间关系还不稳定。Variance analysis, X^2 test, Ochiai index, Dice index and Jaccard index, which are based on 2×2 contingency table, were used to study the inter-specific association of 19 main populations of Alsophila spinulosa community in Mopan Gully, Fuling, Chongqing. The results were expressed in the form of semi-matrix and constellation figures. The inter-specific association was not significant in most species-pairs except a few. Close positive inter-specific association was observed in the following species pairs: Alsophila spinulosa-Elatostema mpertre, Inula cappa-Enomerus chinensis; Abacopteris aspera-E. mpertre, and Alpinia zerumbet-E. mpertre. Significant negative association existed in the following species-pairs: A. spinulosa-Dicranopteris dichotoma, A. spinulosa-Hicripteris chinensis and Digitaria violasens- Arthraxon prionodes. These results indicate that the populations are in an early stage of rehabilitation and subjected to human interference and, as a result, their development is not perfect and the inter-specific relationship is not yet stable.
