覆Co(Ⅱ)纳米氢氧化镍的结构及电性能

摘  要:为了获得性能优良的氢氧化镍正极活性物质,利用超声波作用下的化学共沉淀法,合成了Co包覆纳米Ni(OH)2样品,用XRD和SEM等技术研究了合成Ni(OH)2的结构及形貌。用镍镉试验电池研究了合成Ni(OH)2样品的充放电性能。研究结果表明:合成的Co包覆Al掺杂Ni(OH)2具有良好的充放电循环性能和优异的大电流放电性能;合成样品为α-Ni(OH)2晶体,其粒径范围为2545nm;试验电池5C倍率条件下的最高放电比容量为358.6mAh/g,5C倍率条件下的第404次充放电循环放电效率为96.8%;钴包覆量为3%(Co/Ni摩尔比)的Ni(OH)2样品电化学性能最优。Co‐coated Ni(OH)2 was prepared by co‐precipitating method under the condition of ultrason‐ic for the purpose of obtaining Ni battery‐active material with excellent properties .The crystal struc‐ture and the morphology of the Ni(OH)2 samples were determined by using XRD and SEM respective‐ly .The electrochemical performances of the samples were studied by the Land Battery Tester with the testing batteries using Ni(OH)2 samples as the positive active materials .The results indicate that the Ni(OH)2 samples are regular spherical particles and α‐Ni(OH)2 crystals with particle size in the range of above 25~45 nm .The results of the charge‐discharge performances of the testing batteries show that the Ni(OH)2 sample exhibit good electrochemical properties with specific discharge capacity of 358 .6 mAh/g and high discharging efficiency of 96 .8% at the 404th cycle with 5 C charge‐discharge rate and the Ni(OH)2 sample doped with 3 % Co in molar ratio have the best electrochemical charac‐teristic .
