摘 要:探讨 1 5味中药对幽门螺杆菌的抑制作用。采用打孔法测定抑菌圈直径 ,琼脂稀释法测定每味中药的最小抑菌浓度 ( MIC)值。结果表明 1 5味中药中 5味抑菌直径大于 2 0 mm,4味 1 0~ 2 0 mm,5味小于 1 0 mm,一味无抑菌作用 ;MIC值与抑菌圈的走势基本相符 ;To study the inhibitive effects of 15 kinds of Chinese herbs on helicobacter pylori (Hp),the method of drilling hole was used to determine the sizes of inhibitory zones,and the agar dilution method was used to determine minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of every Chinese herb.The results showed that the zones of 5 kinds were over 20mm,4 kinds 10~20mm,5 kinds lower 10mm and 1 kind none;MIC accorded with the tendency of inhibitory zones;coptis root was the first in inhibiting Hp.
