摘  要:观察不同浓度的补骨合剂对体外培养骨髓基质细胞 ( MSC)分化的影响 ,探讨补骨合剂促进 MSC分化的作用机理。检测不同浓度的补骨合剂对 MSC分化过程中碱性磷酸酶 ( ALP)比活性和细胞内骨钙素 ( BGP)含量的影响 ,以及观察 ALP和矿化结节染色情况 ,并与密钙息作对照。结果发现 :补骨合剂有促进分化中的MSC分泌 ALP、BGP的作用 ,从而加速 MSC向成骨细胞分化 。To observe the influence of different concentration of BUGU mixture on cultured marrow stromal cell (MSC) differentiation in vitro and to discuss its mechanism,the specific activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and the contents of intracellular bone glacontaining protein (BGP) during MSC differentiation of different concentration of BUGU mixture were determined,and the staining of ALP and mineralized nodules were observed in comparison with MIGAIXI.The results showed that BUGU mixture could stimulate the ALP and BGP secretion during MSC differentiation,and then accelerate MSC differentiation to osteoblast.Its mechanism is similar to MIGAIXI.\;Key words:BUGU mixture;marrow stromal cell;cell differentiation;cultured in vitroPAGESS \;Influence of Tamariskoid Spikemoss Herb on Immunological Functions in Mice$$$$ \; LIN Jiu mao,CHEN Xiao feng,WANG Rui guo,et al\;(Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fuzhou,Fujian 350003) \;Abstract:To study the mechanism of tamariskoid spikemoss herb (TSH) on immunological functions in mice,the irrigated stomach method was used to weigh mice and immunological organs such as thymus gland and spleen,and to determine the contents of serum immunoglobulin (Ig) G,IgM and IgA,as well as the positive rates of acid naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) of peripheral T lymphocyte.The results showed that TSH could reduce the contents of serum IgG,IgM and IgA,but had no effects on thymus gland,spleen and the activity of ANAE of T lymphocyte in mice.It indicates that TSH has inhibitive effects on humoral immunity in mice.
